Item Description
This wine is ripe, smooth, and intriguingly complex. It is delicious now and will evolve into a rare treat, with aging up to 2027.
Wine Enthusiast awarded it 98 points with the following review: “An amazing and impressive feat of winemaking . . . with gorgeous aromatic intensity, it peels back, layer after layer, and evolves smoothly the more you leave it in the glass. . . . lush, soft mouthfeel . . . this should be at its best after 2018.”
Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate gave it a rare 95 points and proclaimed: “A drop-dead gorgeous wine . . . caresses the palate. . . . Layered, polished and exceptionally beautiful, the 2007 impresses for its silkiness and finesse. . . . this is a terrific showing.”
Item Special Note
The item will ship from Cambridge, Mass., at a cost of $18 to the winning bidder.
