"The Manchester Salon came into being because of a desire to create the perfect go-to hair and skin care salon in Chicago. It was out of patience and timing that The Manchester came into existence. As a working stylist behind the chair I have always been impressed and inspired by the fashion, art and music that came out of England in the Eighties: Manchester, London and Sheffield, in particular. That, in itself, is what has been my inspiration as a stylist over the nearly twenty-five years that I have committed to the craft of hairdressing. In almost every aspect of my career — as a colorist and a stylist — I have drawn from the edgy, forward-thinking trends of these places — of this era — to mold my career and my vision for The Manchester Salon."
