Item Description
The students used fall colors, reds, oranges and yellows, of water color paints to color a piece of water color paper. This piece of paper then became the background for their hand prints. We had them use green ink to add their hand prints to their fall colored paper, and after they were cut out they became the "leaves" of our trees. The trunk and branches of each tree were made from recycled packing paper. The students also drew a "simple" pencil drawing of birds. These were then traced in black ink to help them stand out a bit. All the pieces were attached to a canvas with Modge Podge.
