Bright ruby red in color the wine exhibits intense perfume in the nose of  with rich flavors of cherry, plum and strawberry.  True Burgundian in style with a well balanced lingering finish.   Aged 18 months in 45% new 228L French Oak made by premium tonnelleries Damy, Billon & Rousseau.  Lightly filtered prior to bottling.  This 2010 Pinot pairs well with lighter meats of pork, veal, poultry, salmon, shellfish and cheese and will age beautifully to 8 years.
