Item Description
Barrington Cocktail Table by Mitchell Gold and Bob Williams. The table measures 64" long, 24" deep and 20" high. Made of solid wood with brushed chrome accents.
Home Remedies is the creation of Rachel Ambrose, who has lifelong roots in Maine. After years of driving out of state for a good selection of fabrics, Rachel saw the need for such a place in Portland, Maine.
Rachel honed her vision and skills for creating such an enterprise at Home Remedies (West) a store she owned and operated in San Francisco from 1999 – 2004. The Portland store opened in April 2010 and has already become Maine’s ultimate destination for quality fabrics.
Home Remedies is a modern day fabric store in an antique building. Walk through the brick archway to the historic production floor where you can browse their inventory in a large, open display area; peek in at works-in-progress in the workroom and gain inspiration from their Project Wall of Fame. View some of their already completed projects for sale throughout the store, including dozens of throw pillows.
They also carry a large selection of Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams furniture, rugs, tables and lamps displayed in inspirational room settings.
The friendly staff is there to help you from idea (or lack thereof) to fabrication and installation. Design a pillow, window treatment, or a whole house. They'll help you every step of the way!
