Chef Dale Talde and partners, David Massoni and John Bush—the successful triumvirate behind TALDE and Pork Slope in Park Slope, Brooklyn—invite you to dine at Thistle Hill Tavern, a neighborhood restaurant and bar featuring seasonal, global-inspired tavern fare and original handcrafted cocktails.
OF NOTE: Thistle Hill’s dining room is handsomely outfitted with original mahogany wood floors, exposed brick and ivory-colored walls lined with wainscoting. The centerpiece of this convivial restaurant is the antique 12-seat bar, which is framed by walls decorated with antique photos, prints and ephemera that represent Brooklyn’s storied history and iconic personalities. Much like TALDE and Pork Slope, the décor was curated by David and John with pieces that the pair has salvaged from antique dealers and the attics and basements of friends and family.
