About Raising Cane's:

Our concept is simple and unique… we only have ONE LOVE – quality chicken finger meals! At Raising Cane's® you get an exceptionally high quality product served quickly and conveniently. We can do this because we offer a limited menu. The specialized systems developed by Raising Cane's® allow us to maintain a level of quality unmatched in the industry. Our commitment to this concept will not allow us to compromise our quality, cut corners or clutter our menu with new products that do not fit our core menu offering.

Quality is one of the main reasons everything we make tastes so great. Quality ingredients delivered and prepared fresh. Our standards are extremely high, and we like it that way. If your quality standards aren’t as high, that’s OK. After you eat here, they will skyrocket. And you’ll thank us for it.

  • We use only 100% premium chicken tenderloins
  • Our 24-hour chicken marinade is one of the reasons our chicken fingers are so juicy
  • Our chicken fingers are always fresh, never frozon.  No exceptions.

The Perfect Box:

Perfection is a matter of taste. And you’ll find all of them in “The Box.” Four Raising Cane’s® chicken fingers made from fresh, never-ever frozen premium chicken tenderloins. Crinkle-cut fries made from Grade-A extra-long Idaho potatoes. Coleslaw mixed fresh daily - cool and crisp with creamy dressing. A thick slice of Texas toast brushed with real butter and garlic, then grilled on a flat top. And our secret recipe Cane’s Sauce on the side for dipping. We call it perfection, but you can just ask for “The Box.”

Named after the Dog:

The name of the restaurant was going to be "Sockeye’s Chicken Fingers" after the Sockeye salmon I fished for in Alaska to raise money to start the restaurant. Luckily, a friend convinced me to name the first restaurant after my dog, "Raising Cane." During the renovation of the first restaurant, Raising Cane used to hang around the building site. The first Cane was a friendly, yellow lab who loved to be around people. Raising Cane I has since passed away. My wife Gwen surprised me with a yellow lab puppy one Christmas and I fittingly named her Raising Cane II to continue the legacy of our namesake. Cane II has become a very popular and well-known dog and stays busy with restaurant visits, community activities, and is often with us at our Restaurant Support Office. As a certified pet therapy dog, Cane II takes weekly visits with Gwen to Children’s Hospitals.
