Okpara (Okie) is a western lowland gorilla who currently resides at Franklin Park Zoo. He can be seen at the state-of-the-art exhibit inside theTropicalForestalong with six other gorillas who call the Zoo home. Okie began to finger paint when he was 12 years old as an enrichment exercise designed to provide intellectual stimulation. His medium is non-toxic finger paints on paper.
