Item Description
This auction item is a "Cinema Portrait"; essentially, a finely and professionally crafted home movie. If a home video is the rough equivalent of a snap shot, then a Cinema Portrait is analogous to a professional photographic portrait.
The Cinema Portrait's run time will be approximately 3-6 minutes, and can be of any subject the auction winner chooses, as long as it's a subject that can be captured in a single camera documentary style. More elaborate production can be arranged, but additional expenses would need to be covered by the auction winner.
Filmmaker Frazer Bradshaw, works professionally both as a filmmaker and cinematographer. Frazer's work as a cinematographer has played at film festivals internationally, including Cannes and Sundance, and his work can be seen in the documentary film Babies, which played theaters across the world in 2010. His feature film, as a director, Everything Strange and New premiered at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival and is available on DVD and internet stream.
