Growing up in Paris, France, Alain started his passion for food by learning how to bake at an early age. After obtaining a degree from L'Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française, he worked in several notable French restaurants, before moving to the States in 1991. Eighteen years and endless hours in the kitchen later, Alain opened La Bedaine with the concept of providing hospitality to working families, by offering a complete French meal ready to be finished at home in fifteen minutes or less.
Come spend an hour in La Bedaine's kitchen learning how to put the "puff" in puff pastry, or how to get that cream filling to come out just right. Best of all, once your creations are finished, you'll make sure they're fit for consumption by getting to eat every last crumb. Bon Appétit!
