Item Description
This vitamin C rich delicacy is traditionally made from the
fruit of wild roses in Europe. We make ours from our own organically grown heirloom rose bushes. The hips are painstakingly gathered, washed, softened in a pressure cooker, crushed, filtered, cooked with sugar (as they have
their own natural pectins), jarred in sterile containers, and processed.
Delicious on toast, it can also be used for making desserts or flavoring yogurt. The rich, complex flavor is unique. 6 oz jars with shelf life of at least 6 months.
