At 105F our state-of-the-art hot rooms are designed and engineered to maintain a consistent 105F degree temperature with 40-45% humidity. Founded in 2001, our Wicker Park studio was the first 105F studio in Chicago. In 2004, Lincoln Park opened at the old Parkway Theater, and in 2011 we opened our newest facility at South Loop, inside Dearborn Station. For your convenience and safety, we offer lockers with keys. Lincoln Park and South Loop have showers; Wicker Park does not.
Also known as "hot yoga", Bikram Yoga® was developed by Bikram Choudhury and is a 90 minute beginning yoga class comprised of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a 105°F hot room with 40% humidity. This smart choreography instigates better health from the first visit, and rewards regular practice with glowing health.
