Le Cordon Bleu Paris

Enjoy your choice of one of the following Le Cordon Bleu culinary experiences for two, subject to availability. Founded in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu has acquired an international reputation built on excellence in culinary and hospitality education. In addition to culinary and management programs, Le Cordon Bleu has expanded its activities to include a range of short courses for those with a passion for the culinary arts. Participants must be age 18 or over.

• Le Cordon Bleu Paris Market Tour
  This is a 2-hour walking tour of a Parisian market followed by a 2.5-hour demo. Discover the secrets of selecting quality produce and making the most of fresh seasonal ingredients as a Le Cordon Bleu Chef guides you around one of Paris’s 80 markets. A light buffet lunch at the school including produce from the market will be followed by the demonstration. Courses are translated in English and take place on selected Fridays from 8:30am–3:30pm.
• Le Cordon Bleu Discovery Workshops in Cuisine & Pastry  This is a 6-hour themed workshop. Workshops take place in the practical classrooms, and give you as much exposure as possible to the working environment of a kitchen. This hands-on experience allows the more knowledgeable gourmet enthusiast the opportunity to innovate. All necessary ingredients and equipment are provided and you are free to take home your day’s work. Courses are translated in English and take place on selected Saturdays from 8:30am–3:30pm.

Renaissance® Hotels Paris

Enjoy a five-night stay in a standard* guest room, including daily breakfast for two, at either of these Renaissance hotels in Paris.  *Standard guest room styles vary by property. Subject to availability and cannot be used during hotel special events. Rollaway beds are not available. Maximum occupancy of two per room. Blackout dates (2014): September 17-19; October 1-2, 20-23.

Renaissance® Paris Hotel Le Parc Trocadero - Enjoy a standard guest room (one king, one queen, or one twin bed) at this 5-star hotel in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Paris: near the Champs Élysées, the Eiffel Tower and the Paris Congress Center. This hotel reflects pure elegance and refinement while maintaining the atmosphere of old Paris. Set in a quiet urban hideaway tucked into a leafy neighborhood of quaint shops and cafés, however once inside, the modern charm and sophistication are unmistakable. Just outside lies a brilliant garden courtyard—a lush dining and relaxation spot belying this city center location.

Renaissance® Paris Hotel Arc de Triomphe - Enjoy a standard guest room (one king, or one queen bed) at this 5-star downtown Paris hotel.  Stroll to the famous landmark, Arc de Triomphe at Place de l'Étoile, at the top of the Champs-Élysées. A symbol of the French nation, it links old and new Paris, standing on the highest point of the line running from the Louvre to the Grande Arche de la Défense. The Louvre and Eiffel Tower are within walking distance, as well as two metro stations. 

American Airlines

This package includes round-trip coach class service for two from any American Airlines destination in the 48 contiguous United States to Paris, France, subject to availability. A Saturday night stay is required. Flights will not accrue AAdvantage miles. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these coach class certificates to a higher level of service. The following blackout dates apply:

Airfare will expire one year from the date of purchase. Airfare taxes and a $25 per person processing fee are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Packages cannot be resold. Suggested retail value is calculated using tariff air rates and rack room rates. Ground transportation is not included unless where specified.
