Item Description
Winning bidder will receive one month of personal training from Commonwealth Sports Club on Comm Ave. near Shaw's supermarket. This includes 2x per week of sessions with a fitness coach and access to the club during that month (so all group fitness classes are also included).
Workouts are optimized to burn fat, build muscle & make fitness fun! CSC has 5 types of results-driven workouts to choose from: RPM Group Training Sessions, Kettlebell Bootcamps, Boxing Bootcamp, Pilates Reformer Training or take your workouts outside this summer with a TRX Suspension Training Bootcamp.

Learn to Tango at CSC
One of the most fascinating of all dances, the tango is a sensual ballroom dance that originated in South America in the early twentieth century.
No need to be a 'couple' for Tango at CSC, these sessions are geared toward teaching the art of Tango dance. Learn how to move like a dancer & let your passionate side take over.

The R.P.M. trainers at Commonwealth Sports Club are Nationally Certified and have extensive experience training a wide range of individuals. Our team of Personal Trainers have acollege degree in the field of exercisescience and/or certification by at least one National certifying organization. Each trainer takes the time to learn detailed information about you and your goals so that the workouts they plan for you will get your desired results, fast.
