Aidan Gillens' character, Petyr Baelish, popularly called Littlefinger, is a major character in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd season of Game of Thrones. Baelish is a skilled manipulator and uses his ownership of brothels in Kings Landing to accrue intelligence on political rivals. He betrayed Eddard Stark to side with House Lannister and King Joffrey Baratheon following the death of King Robert Baratheon. Following the events of teh Battle of Blackwater, King Joffrey named Littlefinger the Lord of Harrenhal.

Aidan Gillen (born Aidan Murphy on 24 April 1968) is an Irish stage and screen actor, known in the UK for his role in Queer as Folk and in the US for his role in HBO's television series The Wire in which he plays Tommy Carcetti and for his role in Game of Thrones as Petyr "Littlefinger" Baelish.

Gillen was born as Aidan Murphy in Drumcondra, Dublin, and educated at St. Vincent's C.B.S. (Glasnevin). He has a sister, Fionnuala Murphy, who is an actress. He began his acting career as a teenager with Dublin Youth Theatre, at the age of 16 playing Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Project Arts Centre, before moving to London.

Gillen was nominated for a Tony Award for his highly acclaimed Broadway role in Harold Pinter's The Caretaker in 2003. He has also been nominated for an Irish Times Theatre Award for his portrayal of Teach in the Dublin Gate Theatre's 2007 production of David Mamet's American Buffalo'.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ciaran Hinds' Mance Rayder is a recurring character in the third season of Game of Thrones. He is mentioned in the 1st and 2nd seasons. He makes his first on screen appearance in "Valar Dohaeris". He is the leader of teh Free Folk and a feared opponent of the Night's Watch.

Ciaran Hinds was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland on February 9, 1953. He was one of five children and the only son. His father was a doctor who hoped to have Ciaran follow in his footsteps, but that was not to be. It was his mother Moya, an amateur actress, who was the real influence behind his decision to become an actor.

Though he did enroll in Law at Queens' University of Belfast, he left that in order to train in acting at RADA. He began his stage career at the Glasgow Citizens' Theatre as a pantomime horse in the production of "Cinderella".

Hinds' film career began in 1981 in the movie Excalibur (1981), which boasted a cast rich in talented actors including Liam NeesonGabriel Byrne and Patrick Stewart. In-between his movie work, he's amassed a large number of television credits. Playing such classic characters as "Mr. Rochester" in Jane Eyre (1997) (TV), and "Captain Wentworth" in Persuasion (1995) has increased his popularity and most definitely given him much increased recognition.

About the restaurant and its owners:

Anna, a native of Barcelona, has worked, lived, breathed and partied in Dublin for the last 13 years and comes with a wealth of ideas and experience in what a true tapas bar should be. For Anna, food is her life. Her passion for food dates back to cooking in the kitchen with her grandmother and working in her aunt’s bar as a kid in Spain.

Vanessa has always dreamt of opening a tapas bar. Born, bred and buttered in Dublin, she studied Spanish many years ago and has spent the last 25 years travelling to and from Spain in search of the perfect tapa. You could say, “It’s been a lifetime passion”.
