  • 2 tickets good for roundtrip transportation only on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service; between any two cities within the Southwest Airlines system within the continental United States.
  • The tickets may not be used for travel on itineraries that combine flights with other carriers
  • These tickets have no restrictions or blackout dates.
  • Rules and Regulations-You are responsible for reading and following all rules and regulations printed on the back of the pass.
  • Select your travel dates and make your reservations by calling 1-800-I Fly SWA. Tell the Reservations Agent you are traveling on a "Green NRMR Pass". (Be sure to write down your confirmation (record locator) number because you will need it to check-in).
  • You must use the pass within it valid dates. Tickets expire 5/1/2015
  • The Green Pass has five coupons. Coupons one and three are for your departure flight(s), coupons two and four are transfer passes, and the fifth is your passenger receipt. Please do not separate coupons from the passenger receipt copy; otherwise, you could be denied boarding. The Customer Service Agent will fill in and separate them or help you with this, if needed, at the Ticket Counter or Gate.
  • You may check-in online up to 24 hours prior to your flight to reserve your boarding group letter and number and obtain an online security document. However, you must present your green ticket at either our ticket counter or curbside check-in locations to retrieve your actual boarding pass. We anticipate more refinements to the procedures, and urge you to always stay apprised of current federal requirements pertaining to security measures in our nation’s airports.
  • Please note that there is no refund or replacement on a pass, even if it is lost or stolen or destroyed.
  • These tickets may not be sold for cash at any time.
  •  If your Green Pass expires before you can use it, Southwest can issue a one-time replacement for a fee of $100 per pass (the reissue fee is subject to change at anytime without notice). Passes must be returned with the processing fee. Be sure to make copies of everything because we will not be able to replace tickets that are lost in the mail.
  • All reissue requests should include a letter with a name, physical address and phone number for us to send the new tickets to. Please allow thirty (30) days for processing.
