Item Description
Dana Underwood is the owner of Dana’s Eye Photography and the Director of Product Management atcreativeLIVE. In 2004, on the way to Nepal, Dana bought his first digital camera and was quickly hooked. However, it wasn’t until he took time off from his career, in 2008, that he began shooting professionally. His second professional session: Barack Obama on the campaign trail.
Since turning pro, Dana has photographed hundreds of people, including California’s Attorney General Kamala Harris, Mayor Cory Booker, entertainers like Queen Latifah and Spike Lee, and athletes such as Dwayne Wade. His photographs of people and places have been published in magazines around the world.
Dana earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University in 1996 and an MS in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from Stanford University in 1998 and 2004, respectively.
