What to expect in an ABSOLUTE Yoga Therapy session: An individualized confidential consultation to encourage self awareness, understanding and self-empowerment on all levels.To develop an understanding of the nature of stress and be provided with the techniques to resolve same.Pain Management - Clients will learn through breath and body awareness, the means to better manage their own pain.Clients may also be given a Holistic Yoga program, personally designed to suit the needs of each individual.After a number of one-to-one yoga therapy sessions, the client may then be ready to join a general yoga class.ABSOLUTE Yoga-vedanta Therapy does not take the place of conventional medical treatments. It does compliment and support the medical treatment of various conditions and illnesses including:Asthma, Arthritis and Rheumatism,Managing Migraines, Multiple Sclerosis,Low Back Pain, Stress Management, Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia.
