Item Description
The Law Offices of James F. Miller, P.C. will work with you to create an estate plan. The plan can be for either an individual or a couple and is valued at $2500 - $3500.
The plan includes the following documents:
- The Revocable Living Trust enables your estate to be administered privately without a formal court supervised probate process. It provides for what will happen on the first death (if it’s a plan for a couple) as well as providing for final distribution to family, friends or the Guide Dogs of America.
- The “Pour-over” Will is generally used in conjunction with a living trust. It directs that any assets not transferred to the trust during your lifetime are to be transferred to (“poured into”) the trust upon your death unless there is a beneficiary designation or other provision for distribution.
- The Nomination of Guardian designates who would care for your minor children in the event of your untimely death.
- The Durable Power of Attorney for Financial Management allows your agent to make business and personal transactions relating to real and personal property held in your name as an individual.
- The Advance Health Care Directive allows your agent to make health care decisions on your behalf and expresses your desires regarding life support, burial, organ donation, etc.
Item Special Note
Certificate will be mailed to the winner.
