Now in our sixth decade of operation, Blackstone Caterers sets the standard for catering in Southern New England. Having expertly produced countless numbers of events through the years, we are able to provide our guests with a comfort level that is unmatched.

We owe our longevity to our commitment to remain at the forefront of the newest trends in the culinary and events industries, while remaining committed to our history and core values of exceptional food and service.

This Auction Item:

Dinner for six will be served at Blacksone Caterers' -- 224 John Clarke Road, Middletown, RI.               

The dinner may be redeemed any time between November 2014 and April 2015 on a date mutually agreeable between the recipient and Blackstone Caterers.

*  There will be a wine pairing with each course

*  The winner will be provided with a menu proposal where they will be asked to choose one item from a selection of items for each course that will be served to the entire party.  See example below (Please note that the menu suggestions will change with the seasons as they strive to use local, fresh ingredients at all times.

*  Gratuity is not included and may be awarded at the guests’ discretion at the conclusion of the evening.

First Course

*  Deconstructed Clam Chowder, Fingerling Potatoes topped with Seasoned Clam Broth, Roasted Chourico Lardons, Native Littleneck Clams and Grilled Ficelle Bread

*  Mixed Farmers Greens with Roasted Plums, Roasted Almonds, Crumbled Goat Cheese and Orange Balsamic Vinaigrette


*  Spring Onion and Potato Cream Soup Garnished with Chive Blossom and Micro Herbs
 


Entrée Course

*  Roast Duck Legs, Morel and New Potato Hash, Cranberry Emulsion


*  Herb Grilled Filet Mignon, Mini Heirloom Tomato & Artisan Blue Cheese Tart, Local Snap Beans, Classic Demi Glaze


*  Oven Seared Halibut, Citrus Risotto, Snap Beans and Chimichurri Sauce


*  Artichoke and Parmesan Crusted Halibut, Crispy Polenta Cake, Baby Carrots, Fennel Broth
