Item Description
Owners, Harold and Joni Troup are life-long residents of the Twin Cities. Harold’s love of woodworking as a hobby, evolved into their business, SERVE IT ON WOOD. Harold’s unique hand crafted products are sold at Art Fairs, Expos and Farmers Markets throughout the year.
A “Lazy Susan” is a revolving platform that is usually placed on top of a larger surface such as a kitchen countertop, dining-room, kitchen. patio or family-room table to aid in the efficient serving of food and/or condiments. Lazy Susans are also great for supporting game boards or attractively displaying works of art, such as sculptures, vases, flower arrangements, plants and gem stones.
Each piece of wood Harold uses is hand selected for its grain, color and character. It is then cut, edge-glued, shaped, sanded, and finished with either high gloss spar urethane, tong oil o food grade mineral oil. Everything is assembled with care and quality craftsmanship. The finishes provide exceptional protection against the affect of sunlight, rain, moisture and temperature changes. The hardware used is made from weather resistant metals to ensure long lasting performance.
