Moscato Bella

Conundrum

The Conundrum white begins with intriguing aromas of green apple, tangerine and honeysuckle blossoms. The taste is best described as exotic; with layers of peach, apricot nectar, green melon and pear, overlaid with subtle notes of citrus zest and spicy vanilla. A rich, round mouth-feel supported by fresh acidity, brings the complexity of this wine into balance. Conundrum can be served with every course from appetizer to dessert and pairs beautifully with spicy foods and full-flavored Asian cuisine. The "conundrum," or puzzle, of this wine is in guessing which grapes make up the blend.

JUSTIN

Blackcurrant, vanilla, toasted oak and a touch of earthy aromas are present in the nose and on the palate of this approachable, balanced, medium bodied wine. Plenty of ripe fruit on the palate yields to chocolate and sweet oak on the finish. The wine can be drunk now but will further evolve over the next 3 to 5 years. A bottle cellared over 5 years should always be decanted. Enjoy!

Luca

This is a great example of Mendoza Malbec. Incredible color—could use it in an inkwell! Loads of spice and black cherry cola aromas with notes of cocoa. The berry flavors really pop on the palate as the wine has both good depth and very lively acidity that leads to an incredibly long finish. A bottom note of freshly brewed espresso keeps the mouth watering too. Pairs well with foods such as venison or wild game, steak, pork, quail, all types of lamb, and medium-strong cheeses. A very flexible wine due to its concentration and balance.

Hawkstone'

Medium bodied with the flavor of quality. Medium dryness with rounded fruitiness. What does that all mean?...for merlot, this is a very good one. Easy to drink, yet a sense of safistication. Definitely worth a try if you''re a merlot lover.

Williams Selyem

A fine balance between delicate ripe cherry, blackberry and anise scents, with a smooth texture, turning complex and detailed on a long, elegant finish, picking up a creamy aftertaste. Drink now through 2007.
