She led the development of the Certified Cheese Professional Exam Program for the American Cheese Society. You are bidding on this incredibly talented woman to present, for 6 people in your home, A CHEESE TASTING! This will be in the home of the recipient, on a date of mutual convenience. Sue will work with you to determine the theme for the tasting which usually lasts 2-3 hours. She will bring all the cheese, accompaniments (bread, dried fruit, etc) and written documentation. The host can discuss with Sue what beverages should be provided, though the beverages are not included.
Sue will help structure the tasting in a variety of ways, using cheeses from various families, or various countries, or do a vertical tasting (all American sheep milk cheeses, for instance) depending on the host's interests and preferences.
