Join Kevin D. Dumouchelle, Associate Curator for the Arts of Africa and the Pacific Islands at the Brooklyn Museum, for a one-hour tour of the Brooklyn's Museum's world-famous collections of African art. You and up to 10 additional guests will join Dumouchelle on a tour of African Innovations, the ground-breaking new installation of Brooklyn's permanent collection. Marking the first time that the Brooklyn Museum's African collection has been arranged chronologically, African Innovations invites the visitor to examine the continent's long record of artistic excellence, extending from ancient times through the present day.

Date and time of the tour will be arranged in consolation between the bid winner and Kevin Dumouchelle; dates are available from auction to end of June.
All of the items online will be available as part of the silent auction at The Civilians' Annual Spring Benefit Monday, April 28th, 2014 in New York City.
