Item Description
Extra, Extra! Read all about it! Playwrights Horizons has four tickets to the hottest show in town – Newsies! Go and see the Tony-winning musical, and you’ll be transported to 1899 New York City, when Teddy was Governor and the newspaper delivery boys (“newsies”) went on strike. Watch as the boys sing, dance, and fling papers in this rousing new musical inspired by the cult classic Disney film. After the show, go backstage and meet star John Dossett and receive an autographed poster from him. With your Newsies merchandise, you'll take home mementos to remember this night for years to come. You will receive: cast recording CD; newsboy bag and two newsboy caps; keychain; mug; two show t-shirts (size L), and a water bottle. Plus, enjoy a good old fashioned steak at Heartland Brewery and Chophouse in Times Square.
Item Special Note
The backstage tour and meeting will be arranged at a mutually agreed upon time between Mr. Dossett and the winner. Visit will expire December 31, 2014 (or upon Mr. Dossett's departure from the production). Tickets are valid for Tuesday and Wednesday evening performances, through June 18, 2014. Blackout dates may apply, tickets are subject to availability. Ticket requests must be made at least one week in advance. Newsies merchandise can be picked up at Playwrights Horizons at 416 West 42nd Street in Manhattan or will be shipped to the winner. Heartland Brewery certificate valued at $100. Valid through March 13, 2015. Does not include liquor, bottled wine, champagne or gratuity. Also valid for lunch.
