Lady Tatiana is a luxury motor yacht that is based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, with all the charter licenses for cruising in the Balearic Islands i.e. Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca as well as the rest of the, Mediterranean including Barcelona, Denia, Valencia, other Spanish destinations, the south of France including The French Riviera, Cote d'Azur, Cannes and Monaco. 

Lady Tatiana of London is a Luxury crewed charter yacht with a minimum of 4 crew. The super yacht provides 5 guest cabins, all with en-suite bathrooms that accommodate up to 11 guests sleeping on board.

Item Special Note

LOT 2 : 6 day charters from 1st October 2014 to 31st May 2015 including Christmas, Valentines and Easter (Subject to availability)

During the period from October 1st 2014 to May 31st 2015 with the dates being subject to availability and the charter starting from 11.00 am on the Tuesday and finishing by 6.00 pm on the same Sunday. 

All lots are sold on a first come basis and the client would have to accept that if the dates they want are unavailable they would have to pick alternative dates from the calendar.

ii) The prices for the lot includes chartering of Lady Tatiana for the period specified, plus the 4 crew comprising of the captain, the chef, the stewardess, the first mate/deck hand and moorings on the home port of Palma. Everything else is on top. This would include, but not limited to, food, drinks, fuel for the yacht, laundry, moorings outside the homeport of Palma. 

iii) Fuel used during the charter will be charged at 200 Litres per hour at a cruising speed of approximately 1400 RPM on the engines. If the guests are planning for cruising and anchoring in the bay of Palma then you would be looking at a total price per day for the fuel of approximately £350-00 per day)

iv) Lady Tatiana is a luxurious yacht that is coded for up to 11 guests sleeping on board in 5 dedicated en-suite guest cabins plus 4 crew. The maximum number of guests permitted to sleep on the yacht or for cruising is 11.  

v) We would need to liaise with the clients once they have paid you. We would firstly forward them a blank preference list which will consist of questions like what they would like to drink, and eat etc. during the charter. Once we are in receipt of the completed preference sheet we would contact them to see what they would like to do during the charter (where to visit, whether they like to cruise a bit or find nice calas and etc.) Once we have all this information and we have spoken to the client we will calculate an appropriate sum for the advanced provisioning allowance "APA". This sum would need to be paid by the client to us at least one month before the charter and this sum would be on the yacht with the captain before the charter and would be used by the captain for the charter.

vi) We would require a standard security deposit. We are happy for the client to give the captain, upon arrival onboard the yacht, the deposit funds of £3,500 will be returned to the client at the end of the charter
provided no damage to the yacht has occurred. We are also happy, if the client does not wish to carry the cash, to receive the money directly into our back account.

vii) Our standard terms and conditions have been attached. These would need to be adhered to. Where there is a discrepancy between these conditions and what we have said in this e-mail the items logged in this e-mail will take priority.

viii) We would require a booking form to be completed one month before the charter and we would require all the names, addresses and passport details of the guests to be submitted on the said form. The guests will need to have their passports in case the Guardia (Spanish Maritime police) wish to see them.
