Item Description
Robert Soule is a creative director with extensive experience applying an architectural and graphic design background to the design and creation of branded or themed environments ranging from temporary events to permanent installations. His professional experience spans a broad range of project types including theming and signage for sports facilities and events, commercial interiors, museums and exhibits. Founding a design studio in 2008 together with a partner, he focuses on environments and creating brand extensions for the various spaces of an event, exhibit, or business. He leads a team of talented designers with a history of award-winning work for a variety of branded and themed environments.
With a degree in architecture and a deep appreciation for fine art, Soule is also a sculptor, working with wood, stone and various metals. Balance and movement are central considerations in his kinetic compositions. For the violin project he was inspired by the golden hills and blue skies so characteristic of California and of Fremont specifically.
