Bid on these excellent home made Mexican enchiladas, made just for you by the Historical Society's Curator, Nancy Salguero McKay. Best served hot – order for the mutually agreeable day you need them and they will be delivered ready to heat up and serve. You can choose between green enchilidas (green tomatillo and cilantro) or mole (mole poblano), the most traditional Mexican dish. 4 – 6 servings.
