Item Description
Philippe Boulot, Executive Chef at the MAC, and Dominique Geulin, owner of St Honoré Boulangerie, will cook a multi-course meal at your home for your group of 8-10. Boulot, a James Beard award winner, is an Officer in the National Order of Agricultural Merit (Ordre National du Mérite Agricole) and Chevalier de l'Ordre du Mérite Agricole, or Knight of the Order of Agricultural Merit (awarded by the Ambassador of France to the U.S.). Geulin received the Meilleur Ouvrier de France honor in 1990 and was recently awarded the Vigneron d'Honneur for his philanthropy in support of nonprofit activities in Portland's French-American community. For your dinner, Boulot will mastermind the main course and appetizers, Geulin will create the desserts and breads. To be hosted in the winning bidders' home, on a mutually agreeable date prior to April 19, 2015. Chefs will stay for the dinner as well.
Item Special Note
Items will be available for pickup at the event. Should an absentee or proxy bidder be the winner, he/she will make arrangements to pickup tangible items at the Alliance, the week following the event. Shipping in the U.S. is an option; winners will pay shipping.
