Hi Everyone, You'll be glad you stopped to experience this gorgeous Beachfront House. Truly a secluded gem, with a private beach and gated community . The fresh ocean air, calmness and relaxation of the environment allows peacefulness so needed for the body and soul. You'll enjoy your own private balcony that overlooks one of the most gorgeous points of Baja - quite often dolphins are passing by. You could be in Hawaii or Tahiti or the Bahamas, but this has it all and it is only 3 hours from Los Angeles. There is a fabulous gourmet kitchen with a large dining table, 55' in flat screen tv, internet and a comfortable couch to relax and have a beer. Just minitues away are fabulous special dining places that are reasonably priced. Steps down to the sand....you will see a private seculed beach - K55 is a swell magnet, and one of the best surf spots in Northern Baja. It has a perfect right hand point break with excellent beach breaks. Great for boogie boarding too. There is Horseback Riding and ATV rentals on the dunes nearby. The charming feel of the house is perfect for being together. Upstairs is the kitchen and balcony area perfect for entertaining, while down stairs is more secluded and has beautiful bedrooms and gorgeous travertine stone bathrooms.
The master is large and has his/her onyx sinks with a gorgeous walk in shower. There is a door that opens to your private path to the ocean. There is an outdoor shower. There are several paths along the beach. Just walking or biking the Puerta del Mar paths is enjoyable. The Club House is nearby and has a pool, jacuzzi, tennis court and basketball court .There are many other places to visit like the wine country near Ensenada or just visiting some of the local vendors a few kilometers to the North.
