Chef’s Five-Course Tasting Dinner for 8 with Wine Pairings
The Firehouse Restaurant has received the “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator Magazine and has been included in “America’s Top Restaurants” by Zagat. Executive Chef Deneb Williams works closely with local farmers, fishers and growers to create superb, fresh and seasonal rotating menus.
A sample tasting dinner includes:
- First course: Thai Pork Belly, paired with a Riesling
- Second course: Roasted scarlet beets, watercress and Granny Smith apples, blue cheese, toasted almonds and cider vinaigrette, paired with a Chardonnay
- Cassis Sorbet then follows
- Third Course: Veracruz-style tomato-chipotle bouillabaisse with fried polenta, paired with a Pinot Noir
- Fourth Course: Chargrilled rib-eye, paired with a Malbec
- Fifth Course: Lemon Panna Cotta, paired with a Brut Rose
