Paul's hosting a kitchen hang-out at one of his favorite restaurants. We're auctioning 10 spots in a cooking class offered by Fuel in downtown Wilmette. This premier, urban-thinking restaurant is a leader in the farm-to-table philosophy of modern dining. Using Wisconsin meats, locally-sourced produce, and small-batch artisan coffees, Fuel's atmosphere is kind of urban, a li'l bit edgy, lots of fun, and completely unpretentious.
Like we said, there are 10 spots in the class. Grab your place now. Any remaining places will be auctioned from the stage at YCT's May 10 concert. But Fuel might fill up before then. So don't wait. Secure your place now for the entertainment highlight of the year.
This year's theme will be a FIESTA! Melt your winter blues with a hot, hot, hot cooking class! You'll create a homemade tomatillio salsa (green), a traditional salsa, an authentic fish dish with salsa, tortillas, traditional veggie, and more.
And, the whole time you'll be enjoying Model Especial (beer) and expertly selected pairings of wine. It's a sure-fire way to heat up your summer.
With Paul trying to cook his way to the head of the class, this is an evening of high energy and hilarity. That's the YCT guarantee.
Item Special Note
Purchase of this item secures the winning bidder one spot in the class. If a bidder desires multiple places, the item must be purchased multiple times.
The date of the class will be arranged mutually between the winning bidders and the YCT office in coordination with Fuel. The class will comprise both demonstration and hands-on food preparation. Since purchase includes the availability of wine and beer pairings selected by the restaurant, participants must be 21 or older.
This item will be removed from the online auction at 5PM May 9. Any remaining spots will be auctioned from the stage during YCT's concert on May 10.
