Whether you are training for a long run, fast moves on the lacrosse field, or need more strength in your workout, this youth training course consists of 4 one-on-one training sessions to build agility, strength, and speed with special attention on form.
Item Special Note
Youth ages 8-18. The training is conducted by a coach of 25 years with experience in football, basketball, cross country, and track and field. The trainer is a coach from USATF (United States of America Track and Field) and has background clearances. Location of training is negotiable.
