TRILLfoods makes small batch, artisanal desserts and savory crisps. “Small batch” and “artisanal” tend to be over-used terms, but we slice our signature, honey-edged Beezcotti by hand, our tiny Baci sandwich cookies are hand-formed and filled, and our delicate Shortbread Wedges melt in your mouth because they are so lightly handled. Small batches and an experienced touch keep the textures and flavors perfect. We value your every bite.

We offer extraordinary ingredients, unexpected flavor pairings, and an exquisite look. You’ll notice less sugar and less salt and more of the good stuff: intense chocolate, freshly toasted nuts and spices. We source ingredients responsibly, buying local farm fresh staples including butter, cream and eggs, and honey from local apiaries. We spike our Chocolate Dollops with fairly traded, aromatic Kampot peppercorns from organic Cambodian plantations, where a farming tradition previously destroyed by the Khmer Rouge is now bringing steady income to hundreds of families.
