Executive Chef Mike Roon uses his vast experience in Mediterranean, Contemporary Asian, French, Californian, Infusion and American cuisines to create an exciting menu for Circa. Chef Mike Roon has created a new, exciting mediterranean small plates menu to encourage what he describes as "social dining." His experience includes Executive Chef at EOS Restaurant & Wine Bar, and he has also worked at various capacities at Aqua Restaurant, and Roy's Hawaiian Fusion. Mike grew up in California and studied at the Culinary Arts Program from Art Institute at Los Angeles
