Item Description
The Reformer is the main piece of equipment used in Pilates.
Clients perform exercises using resistance in order to strengthen muscles, build bone density and create long lean muscles. A 55 minute session on the Reformer will include exercises for the legs, hips, buttocks, inner thighs, abdominals, back and arms. A section of the class will focus on cardiovascular conditioning. It is really a full body workout. Pilates works to correct your posture and help to alleviate back pain, You will leave feeling taller and more toned.
