Item Description
Alex and Genevieve Jones welcome you to spend a fun evening of cooking, wining and dining with your party of eight, at their home, Amber Oaks, in Tuxedo Park, NY. This historic home was built in 1890 for Mr. John Foster.
Mr. J. Foster and his brother, Albert Foster, were insurance brokers, and underwrote most of the properties in Tuxedo Park in the years after its inception. As a result, his firm took many of the original photographs of the Tuxedo Park homes. The Joneses will be happy to show you some of the remarkable rooms in their home, including the panoramic hand-painted mural in the entryway.
Your chef for the evening will be Chef Jordan Schor, currently chef and owner of Jordan's Bistro in New Paltz, and previously of Maxwell's in Kingston and Grappa and the Warwick Country Club in Warwick.
The winner may organize a group of up to eight people to enjoy this catered event at a mutually agreeable date in the Fall of 2014.
Item Special Note
Only open to TPS families, Tuxedo Park Club Members and/or Tuxedo Park residents, and their guests.
