Enjoy an in-studio photography session at Roclord Studio. This session includes an initial consultation and 1-11x14 custom print, matted and signed. Winner must contact the studio by July 6, 2014 and complete the photo session by September 6, 2014. This certificate may not be used for headshots, 72 hour cancellation policy, no subsitutions, no digital files or CDs, "no show" to any scheduled appointment or session invalidates this certificate.

By bidding in Vistamar School's 2014 online auction, you agree to the following terms. If you have any questions, please contact auction@vistamarschool.org. Bidders must be at least 18 years old. All purchased items must be paid for in full before picking up at Vistamar School or having the item shipped. All sales are final - no refunds. All items are sold "as is" without warranties of any kind. Items purchased may not be resold. Inclusion of items in the auction does not imply endorsement by Vistamar School. Please note any special limitations, terms or expiration dates prior to bidding.  All items must be used by their expiration date. Lost tickets, certificates or letters will not be replaced. Purchased items, not picked up in person at Vistamar School will have additional shipping charges. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Certain items may require sales tax. Sales tax is 9%. Availability of items is subject to change and Vistamar School reserves the right to substitute a substantially similar item or refund the amount paid by the winning bidder. Vistamar School may correct typographical errors and make changes or corrections in listings, including to the opening bid and the item description. Vistamar School may update these rules at any time and a bidder's continued participation will constitute acceptance. Bidders agree to release and hold harmless Vistamar and its volunteers and employees from any claim arising out of participating in this auction. Neither Vistamar, nor anyone else involved in creating or delivering the auction or any auction item, shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of the auction or auction items.
