Item Description

The Winning Bidder will receive one session of summer camp from the Fessenden School Day Camp.  The session can be chosen from among the following outlined and with no changes.  ONLY FOR NON-REGISTERED FAMILIES.  Bidding on this item will end on April 29 at 10 pm so that winner has time to register.  Must enroll before May 1, 2014. Becomes invalid if not registered by May 1, 2014.

Conditions for donation of Fessenden Day Camp membership:

THIS IS GOOD FOR ONE SESSION ONLY. 

ONLY SPOTS AVAILABLE ARE IN THE FOLLOWING GROUPS: 

½ DAY PROGRAM (CO-ED AGES 3 1/2 TO 5 YEARS OLD) FIRST SESSION ONLY 

4M CHILDREN PRE K – MON, WED, FRI 9 TO 4 TUES AND THUR. 9 TO 1 SECOND SESSION ONLY

6M CHILDREN ENTERING GRADE 1 - MON., WED. AND FRI. 9 TO 4. TUES., AND THURS 9 TO 1) FIRST SESSION ONLY 

4S (FULL DAY) BOY AND GIRLS ENTERING PRE K - BOTH SESSIONS 

GIRLS ENTERING GRADE 5 (full day) - FOR BOTH SESSIONS 

Only for the session and group indicated, no switching sessions, no splitting sessions.

Good for the 2014 season, no deferring to next year.

No selling or giving part of session to another family

Only for the group available (if more than one group, we will try to accommodate the child to be placed with a friend.)

All requirements must be met such as filling out the application, medical form, carpool form.

All camp rules apply such as notifying the office when child is absent or to be picked up early and always walk your child to the office if arriving late.

About Fessenden Camp:

Founded in 1947, the camp based its original philosophy on providing children with a diversified, safe and rewarding summer experience. These principles still hold true today and are enhanced by our wonderful facilities, spacious grounds, and dedicated staff. The facilities have been enhanced even more over the past few years with a new swimming pool, 25-classroom building, 13 tennis courts, 2 beautiful playgrounds and the 2002 completion of our New Athletic Center.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FUNDRAISING EVENT AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

All winning bidders will be charged a transaction fee of 5%, not to exceed $20 per item, to cover a portion of the auction transaction fees.

Standard postage for mailing certificate to be paid by winning bidder.
