Item Description
“Wish I were a fish in a raki bottle” – Turkish poet Orhan Veli
Travel across the globe with this dinner, sure to get your spirit and taste buds jumping. At the Clyde’s “meyhane,” you will converse, debate, share, and soliloquize over a seemingly endless—and delectable—spread of meze created by the Fruchts, while sipping on raki to your heart’s content.
Raki is a traditional Turkish drink, perfect for discourse and deepening friendships. Meze are like the Turkish tapas: hot, cold, sweet, savory, and always delicious! Your glasses will be kept filled with raki, and you and your friends will be served salads, cheeses, eggplant, dolmas, boreks, and of course fish, to the sounds of Turkish classical music with Turkish-inspired decor. A belly dancer will enthrall you with hip gyrations and undulations to make your head spin. Raise your glass to health and happiness and join in the fun!
