Item Description
Go behind the scenes and see how a theater is run with a one-week internship with DR Theatrical Management! Work with the management team behind BUYER AND CELLAR at Barrow Street Theater, ANNAPURNA at New Group and TOO MUCH SUN at Vineyard Theatre.
As a General Management Intern you'll be a part of the staff, and assist in areas that may include: company management, marketing and press, vendor sourcing, personnel contracts, budgeting, and front of house management. You will also have the opportunity to shadow a General Manager, Company Manager, Box Office Treasurer, House Manager and Advertising Director.
Item Special Note
One week to be selected by both parties in either July or August 2014.
Schedule is Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm. One or two nights may be required but hours can be shifted to allow for evening hours to shadow staff members.
