Item Description
Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve — a World Heritage Site in the United States — is a 3.3 million acre treasure of natural wonders and wildlife near Juneau, Alaska. You’ll spend two nights at the Glacier Bay Lodge, the only hotel accommodations within the park, nestled under the spruce trees that line Bartlett Cove. You and a guest will spend one day on the waters of Glacier Bay on a Glacier Bay Day Tour, marveling at magnificent tidewater glaciers, snow-capped mountains, whales, Steller sea lions, sea birds, bears, seals, eagles and more. This exclusive tour is the only scheduled day tour permitted inside Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve. The Glacier Bay Day Tour takes you on a comfortable, heated, high-speed catamaran ride to the face of the Margerie and Grand Pacific Glaciers, two of the many tidewater glaciers found in the park.
