The Strategic Technology Assessment is a cornerstone of our Fractional CIOTM consulting practice. The STA provides both the understanding of the technical challenges of an organization and a framework for analyzing those issues to provide viable solutions. We will use the STA to provide a high-level view of your organization’s technology landscape and provide context for the best practices that are used by other organizations. Secondly, the STA will highlight areas where other corporations of similar size have been able to leverage enterprise technologies such as collaboration, cloud computing, and VoIP.

We will interview the key stakeholders of your organization to understand the types of technologies that are used throughout the organization as well as how they are used. The final deliverable and presentation will be given to the management team.
