Item Description
91 points - Wine Enthusiast
The 2011 Russian River Valley Chardonnay is made from fruit grown at Lynmar Estate's own Quail Hill Vineyard and Susanna's Vineyard, as well as Sweeney Vineyard in Sebastopol. It presents a light straw color in the glass. Bright scents of orange blossom, lemon curd, and crushed pineapple are immediately recognizable. The mid-palate shows vibrant acidity with notes of green apple, citrus, and wet stone. The finish exhibits lemon zest, stone fruits, and caramel. Enjoy now or cellar until 2020.
