Four Bedroom Ocean View Suite

The Four Bedroom Ocean View Suite is laid out as a one level accommodation entering through a hallway into an open plan sitting, living and dining area, leading on to a large entertainment terrace with private plunge pool, chaise lounges and spectacular views overlooking the ocean surrounding Cabo San Lucas.

The "major domo" is included with the stay and they prepare breakfast every morning, set out snacks everyday, clean the suite, do laundry etc. The "major domo" should be tipped $50 to 100 dollars a day as the guest sees fit. The guest can choose not to have a "major domo" but the property owner states "they are so worth it!" The restaurants, spa services, etc. are additional.

The one week stay is good for the calendar year from October 2014 to October 2015. The week is subject to availability. We checked the calendar for the summer of 2015 and currently most of July and August is available. Upon the closing of this auction on May 17th, 2014 the winner must contact the owner of the property immediately with their preferred dates.
