Ekajati is one of the 21 Taras, and is one of the most powerful and fierce goddesses of Indo-Tibetan iconography.
Ekajati is considered one of the three principal protectors of the Nyingma school, and practiced especially in the Dzogchen tradition, where her one eye, one breast and one tooth represent the non-dual nature of reality.
