The winner will receive a Learn to Climb Series at Red Rock Climbing Center.
This series is designed to introduce you to the world of climbing. Spread out over four weeks, you will meet once a week for an hour and a half to learn all the fundementals of climbing, starting with proper knot tying, basic belay, and top-rope methods.
Red Rock Climbing Center is Nevada's premier indoor rock climbing center. We are located just minutes away from Red Rock National Conservation Area, famous around the world for its incredible sandstone sport and traditional climbing. The Red Rock Climbing Center offers both top-rope and lead climbing on over 8,000 square feet of climbing walls designed by Tony Yaniro and Doug Englekirk, two of the world's top climbers. Additionally, the Red Rock Climbing Center offers over 1,000 square feet of radical overhangs and roof routA five-week program designed to introduce you to climbing and developing your climbing competence. Learn to Climb Series. (12+) This series is designed to introduce you to the world of climbing. Spread out over four weeks, you will meet once a week for an hour and a half to learn all the fundamentals of climbing, starting with proper knot tying, basic belay and top-rope methods. Later you will begin to learn the art of lead climbing and lead belaying. This series has the added benefit of developing partnerships with other new climbers as well as a one-month membership with rentals.es designed to tempt, taunt, and challenge every climber who enters our doors.
