The winning bidder will receive six months of Virtual Office from Regus. Virtual Office is professional office support without the complications of a permanent office staff. Virtual Office includes:

A home base in any one of 15 offices in Westchester County or Connecticut that the winning bidder can use on letterhead;
A dedicated business phone number and receptionist to answer in your company’s name;
Use of a private office in your “home base” for two days each month, with free internet access;
24/7 voicemail;
Mail and fax handling to suit your company’s needs.

The package also includes discounts on conference room space for those important presentations and preferred rates on office supplies.

Item Special Note

Limited to Greenwich, Stamford, Westport, Rye, Norwalk, Shelton, Hartford, or East Berlin in Connecticut; and Tarrytown, Hawthorne, White Plains, or Suffern in New York. Office supplies not included. Bidder must contact Regus Office to arrange for the service. Bidder must make these arrangements and begin the Virtual Office service before June 25, 2015.
