Item Description
I would like to thank Suzanne M. for this beautiful and natural donation to the auction.
I wanted the First Nations style to be represented, as a reminder of the reverence they show the Orca, and their desire to have Lolita Home in her birth waters once again.
This is Suzanne's description:
This is a beautiful pattern created by Suzanne Cooper and beaded by me.
The bag and chain are completely done in Delica Beads in opaque and matte finish. This really makes the whale show up.
The front of the bag is the whale jumping out of the water and on the back of the bag only the tail shows.
The fringe on the bag was created by me using delica beads, Czech faceted beads. The bag measures 2" x 2 1/2", the fringe is 2 1/2" long. The neck chain is 25 1/2" with no clasp made completely of delica beads and slips over the head quite easily.
To accompany this Amulet, Suzanne has created a set of beautiful, beaded Orca wire earrings for pierced ears.
This is a really pretty set and looks wonderful against a bright color.
