- Guided instruction in body-based meditation practices
- Daily talks on the essential meditation teachings of the practicing lineage
- Individual mentoring by an meditation instructor
- Vibrant and mutually supportive community
- The practice of offering through activities that support the retreat environment.
The retreat will be held at Blazing Mountain Retreat Center on the flanks of the Sangre de Christo Mountains in Crestone, Colorado, four hours south of Denver and Boulder in the San Luis Valley.
